Clifton View Camera

Date Introduced: - ; Years Manufactured: c.1898-1906

Sizes Offered: 5x7; 5x8; 6.5x8.5; 8x10; 11x14; 14x17
Notes: The front standard focuses by rack and pinion; the rear standard slides in the middle groove, tightened by a lever - two different types of focus similar to the Gennert Brighton, and the American Optical Manifold.  There is a Long Focus Clifton model, which, while having two types of focus, and an identical front standard to this model, has rear standard hardware more reminiscent of a Century camera than an Anthony.
